Refund Policy
PodcastsAI has a free tier of 15 summaries a month precisely so you can decide whether it works for you before paying anything. If you subscribed and it isn't right, we would rather refund you than keep money from someone who isn't using the product.
14-day refund
Email tchuynh24@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
We don't automatically refund past 14 days, but write to us anyway — if the service was broken, or you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel and hadn't used, we will sort it out.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future charges. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and is not refunded pro-rata unless you ask within the 14-day window above. Use the billing portal linked in your receipt.
Bought through the App Store or Google Play
Apple and Google handle their own billing, so we cannot refund those purchases. Request a refund through Apple or Google Play, and cancel the subscription in the same place.
Duplicate or unrecognised charges
Email us and we will refund duplicates immediately. Web charges may appear as Stripe or PodcastsAI on your statement.
